I think it is so apropos that you are all celebrating love and life. But hosting is CHEAP these days, so you could do that very easily through godaddy or something. I did the design with free font and texture downloads (just googled what I had in mind) and then created the icons from images I found on the web. Those kind of involved some extensive digital editing, but not too bad. You can always find something more ready-to-use. The directions was just a google map imported into photoshop, traced and removed the background. Anyway - I did the design in Dreamweaver in relatively few hours.
