OK, the male point of view.

Why stop at your legs? Use the thing on your underarms (and anywhere else you want) also! LOL

I have a pretty neat, lightweight, Panasonic electric razor. My wife has an electric of her own and she is deathly afraid of the straight razors (and I think she has never actually used one). I did catch her using my electric razor because she liked it better than her own, and I think it's kind of gross. Well, it did solve the mystery of why the charge on my razor seemed to be going down so fast sometimes.

About ten years ago, when I first got a computer, that electric razor was one of the first things I bought online, through overstock.com. So my advice to all you ladies (and I mean this respectfully) is to go to web sites like that, or to Tuesday Morning and buy one of your own.

And why is it that replacement parts for the razor heads are so expensive? It can be almost as much as buying a whole new razor!

I don't see any technical issues with it I think women's leg hair is less coarse than men's facial hair. And leg skin is less sensitive than the face. As for the "bad form" bit I say ask your man. Even if he says its cool I'd still side with separate electric razors just like the rest of your personal care items e.g. toothbrush, hairbrush, deodorant, etc. On a scale from 1 to Peg Bundy I think, Marge Simpson, certainly with blue hair she must take care of things but she is also frugal and practical minded.

Hi Fish,
I came across your website a while ago while doing some research for a blog of my own...also involving fish! I love the way your writing is both hilarious and poignant at the same time. I'll certainly be going through your archives in short order.

I never use his razor, but he uses my Schick Quatro all the time when staying at my apt. That coarse manly face-hair dulls the blade much faster.
