Congrats on the new place! I'm sure RK will be fine, my two have been through the whole move-thing about three times now and they always seem to end up all right. Something that worked for me was, if you have a cat carrier for her, sleep with an old towel or old T-shirt for a few nights and put it in the carrier - then leave the carrier open in random room in new digs, and she'll have somewhere comforting she can go to feel safe rather than being stuck under a bed. :) Sometimes works, sometimes doesn't.

New moves and fresh starts are always exciting and rejeuvenating. Congratulations - it's a blessing, one that sometimes I wish I could inflict on myself. What a great thing!

Yay for you!

-Rose

Congratulations. I am to be assuming that new pad is convienently far away from J's new digs?

More importantly, how is pad's proximity to churc-- I mean, Fenway Park?

Cats are fairly resilient, especially if there are no other animals to compete with in the new digs. RK might want a little massage action, too.

Congratulations on finding a new place. Best of luck with the move (the unpacking is always the worst part for me).

As for the Reluctant Kitten, I think she'll adjust. Keep whispering to her about great adventure and the like.

:) Mala
