FWIW, I'm older than you are, my kids are grown and flown and there's even a grandbaby and another on the way. The 40s and 50s were without question the best decades of my life thus far. There's something joyful about learning to love the person you've become (and love and respect her body) realizing that you're grateful to be able to move through the world just as you are no matter what anyone else thinks of you.
