Being a Puerto Rican does not make one an immigrant since Puerto Rico, while not a state of the US, is considered a territory and therefore Puerto Ricans are US citizens. For whatever reason it never feels that great on our part as mentors but it makes a huge difference for them. I too am looking for one of my mentees, whose last name I can't remember and whose name was Jesus in metro Atlanta, that pretty much narrows it down to about a million!
