My best friend and I call those bad boys "cheese puff eyes". This is when you cry so much the night before, when you wake up its as though you have cheese puffs where your eyelids used to be. And your mascara sticks to them, and the puffiness stays for a while throughout the day. If you feel that this terminology resonates with you, please feel free to use it.
