lisa marie

Dear Lisa Marie Presley,

Dig the album. A lot. Dig even more the dedication you wrote to your brother. Girl, you got yourself one smart-ass sense of humor. I get why you always look so pissed in the photos I see of you in People or US magazine.

I think we should have lunch sometime, you and I. I mean it. Some wine, a big salad. Room for dessert. I won't bring the press. And maybe you can tell me who you wrote that song about. You know, the really angry one.

Anyway, give me a call or something.

Fondly,

H

That song has to be about Michael Jackson ... her one true love. (*snort*)

Dude, I totally hope she contacts you. That would be so cool and a validation for bloggers everywhere.

my guess is nic cage. they didn't have the nicest of break ups, as i hear...

Posted by: sassylittlepunkin at April 28, 2003 12:39 PM

are any breakups good? seriously, her lyrics might be a little naive, but the writing is honest and the music is SO angry girl rock. I love it. I honestly would love to meet her. She seems very interesting.

What Sassy said. Maybe Lisa Marie is looking for a nice bicycle, too?

Fish and Lisa Marie on a joint bicycle hunt. The mind reels ....

Ok, I was thinking of buying the CD and now you've pushed me over the edge. I'm on my way out the door right now.

Hey friend!
I heard that you might be able to help me with the dickhead that keeps leaving stupid shit on my site. Ari said that you know how to find him and get him. Can we talk about it tomorrow?
Love you!

If you see her, tell that fine thing she is welcome to a ride in the VETTE anythime.

I've been reading the fish archives from Genesis through to - as of now - October 2002 - and wish to tell the fish that this is one of the most honest, straight-up, wonderfully written journals about heartache and other assorted human conditiony things I've read. I wish I'd had your sense of humour and grace when I was going through it with my J. Just when I feel an advice-attack coming on you make me recall how pointless advice is. P.S. this is probably not relevant now because you're far from October however it behooves me to say that while a nifty fish such as yourself has an excellent chance of meeting a very fine bike one day, J will never find a fish like you, EVER.
