Tube tops can look good on finely endowed women who have nicely developed shoulders and slender necks. Women with a 32A/32B cup. Anything else is iffy. The effect can also depend on the colour. Horizontal striped tube tops are definitely ick, but a jet black tube top or an interesting other solid colour on a narrow woman can look stunning. Depending on her other attire and complexion. In any case, if the purpose is for sunning, who cares? Tube away, gorgeous fish!
