Most of you have no idea that I also write a daily newsletter for iVillage, called Conquer Your Craving. It’s about healthy stuff – like, how to avoid the free bagel trap at work, or food that is really good for you and doesn’t taste like cardboard (or look suspiciously like Soylent Green). Anyway, I just re-upped my contract, and thought I’d fill you in. Sign up, if you like! You know, in case you don’t get nearly enough of me here and feel like you just won’t be complete without my musings on such important topics as:

Don’t Cut the Cheese (why dairy is awesome)
The Skinny on Your Latte
And, Fiber is not the F-word

  • Which one is it? More of your writing would rock, but I’m not excited about signing up for allll of the health newsletters. Did I miss one with a title about Skinny Lattes, etc, or your name as the author?

    I have the same comment. I don’t want a bunch of junk mail from iVillage but would love to read your articles. Yours alone that is. So if you can provide us loyal followers with a way to get them w/o getting the added garbage, or just give us a link we can mark as a fave, we’d be forever grateful!

    Just click the box next to that one newsletter. You don’t have to sign up for them all!

    There are no links for the newsletters – they get delivered to your inbox.

    People, just scroll down until you find the Health Section and click the box next to CONQUER YOUR CRAVING. Go to the bottom of the page to enter your e-mail address, and you’re done. Simple!

    I have been a member of Conquer Your Craving longer before I came across this blog. I had no idea you were writting for both. The funny thing is just the other day I was thinking of how one of the newsletters reminded me of your blog. Now I know why!

  • I know there is an ivillage reason but I would so love being able to stop in to read your newsletter instead of having another email delivery. Maybe this is just me but email is my nemesis when I am busy and blogs and online articles are my guilty pleasure.
